What are the payment options?

Payments are made using  credit card.

Is my payment information stored?

Per the Canadian PIPEDA Act no data or information collected through transactions on Buy Canada Gifts will be used in any other manner than which you have chosen. All data will be securely held and no payment information will be stored. We pride ourselves on ensuring your privacy during your transactions.


Can someone else use my coupon?

Though gifts come addressed to your chosen recipient they can  be used by anyone you choose.

I've lost my coupon can I get a replacement?

If you have lost your coupon, please contact us directly, providing as much information as possible and we will email out a replacement. 

I haven't received my coupon information.

If you chose 'email coupon' information , please check your junk/ spam email folder. If you have still not received your coupon, contact us as we will resend the details. 

When do I have to use my experience by?

All coupon codes are to be used by the expiry date noted. When you contact the experience provider they will request all key information regarding your coupon- please ensure you provide all the pertinent information. 

Do I need to choose a date prior to purchasing my experience?

No. All booking of experiences is placed directly with the provider once the experience has been purchased. 

Can I use my coupon at a different location to the one on my coupon?

No, not at this time. However, you can discuss such details with the provider when you contact them to book the details. 

How do I book my experience?

Follow the information provided on your certificate. The certificates will include the contact information for your experience provider. 


Can I return the gift I bought?

Please refer to the product page for reference to return policies, alternatively contact us and we will be happy to advise on your individual circumstance.

My recipient has not received their gift yet?

You should have received delivery information, if your gift has still not arrived please contact us.
